Welcome to Green World. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all information, services, and properties offered by Green World, including our websites, social media pages, digital campaigns, site visits, bookings, and all other related interactions. By using our services or making any enquiry or booking, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Green World is a real estate development and marketing company that specializes in promoting approved residential plots across strategic locations such as Acharapakkam and surrounding regions along GST Road. We offer fully approved layouts under DTCP and RERA guidelines, and provide complete support from enquiry to registration. Our services include sharing project information, arranging free site visits, facilitating plot selection, handling booking procedures, and assisting customers through legal documentation and registration.

Plot bookings at Green World are confirmed only after the payment of a token advance amount, which varies by project and plot size. Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in writing, this token advance is non-refundable. Allotment of plots is done on a first-come, first-served basis, and Green World reserves the right to offer or withhold specific plot numbers depending on current availability and prior commitments.

The pricing of our plots is communicated through our brochures, advertisements, websites, and in-person interactions. However, all prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions, development progress, and regulatory changes. The final selling price is confirmed at the time of booking and will reflect the applicable charges including development cost, registration fees, documentation charges, and statutory taxes like GST, stamp duty, etc. These additional charges are to be borne solely by the customer unless specified otherwise in writing.

Site visits are arranged free of charge for all genuine enquiries, and in most cases, we offer pickup and drop-off services from key locations in and around Chennai such as Guindy, Tambaram, Pallavaram, Chrompet, Guduvanchery, Maraimalai Nagar, Singaperumal Koil, and Chengalpattu. While we do our best to ensure timely and convenient visits, Green World shall not be held liable for any delay, traffic-related issue, or unforeseen circumstances affecting transportation or the schedule of the visit.

We strive to maintain complete transparency in terms of documentation and approvals. All our projects are launched only after obtaining proper layout approvals (DTCP/RERA), and we are committed to assisting our customers with essential documents like Patta, Encumbrance Certificate (EC), sale deeds, and FMB maps. However, customers are encouraged to independently verify these documents if required. Any specific timelines for delivery of Patta or other legal documents will be provided in writing at the time of booking.

Please note that all visuals and illustrations provided in our promotional materials, websites, or social media platforms are meant for reference only and may not represent the exact features or finishing of the site. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Green World shall not be held liable for minor changes or differences between the proposed layout and actual on-ground development.

Green World disclaims responsibility for any legal delays, force majeure events, or government policy changes that may affect plot registration, project timelines, or legal clearances. Customers are required to provide valid Know Your Customer (KYC) documents including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and proof of residence for all transactions. Failure to furnish proper documentation may result in delays or cancellation of the booking.

By submitting an enquiry through our website, Facebook advertisements, WhatsApp, or any other digital medium, you agree to receive communications from us via phone, email, or WhatsApp messages related to your interest in our projects. We respect your privacy and will use your information only for relevant communication and updates related to our projects and services.

Green World reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website and shall take immediate effect. Continued use of our services following any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
